For Future Residents

How can I apply for an apartment?
Stop by our leasing office and one of our friendly staff members can assist you in starting the application. You can also apply online through our secure website.

What if I’m not ready to apply? What other options are there?
Our apartment homes do not stay available for long! We encourage you to apply as soon as possible, however, we are happy to fill out a guest card and follow up with you about future availability, promotions, and community events.

What do you look for in the application?
All applicants will have credit, criminal, employment, and rental screening performed and reviewed to determine eligibility. Total monthly income of all applicants must be 3 times monthly rent.

How do I get to your community?
We are located right off TX-332 in Lake Jackson. Exit at Dixie Dr from TX-332 and head northbound on the frontage road. Our property is located on the right hand side of the frontage road.

Do you offer furnished apartments?
We do offer furnished apartments. Please contact our office for pricing and availability details.

How can I check availability for furnished apartments?
Contact our leasing office to speak with someone in our on site management team. You can reach us by calling (979) 297-7436!

Does it cost anything to take a tour?
No, but we are so sure you will love it here so have your checkbook ready to pay for the application fee and application deposit to secure an apartment home!

Do I have to make an appointment or do you accept walk ins?
Appointments are always encouraged but we do accept walk-ins!

How accessible is the management at the local office?
We are available 7 days a week! You can reach us by phone or in person Monday-Friday from 9:00 AM-7:00 PM, Saturdays from 10:00 AM-4:00 PM, and Sundays from 1:00 PM-4:00 PM.

Where specifically in the apartment community is the apartment located?
Depending on availability of our apartment homes, locations will vary. Contact one of our leasing professionals for further details about your new home!

Where do residents shop?
Our residents have the convenience of H-E-B and Walmart nearby for their grocery needs. We are also in close proximity to Brazos Mall where you can find major retailers and local businesses.

How are maintenance issues handled?
Maintenance request are handled on a first come first serve basis. We strive to provide you with 24 hour maintenance service when possible. In the event of maintenance emergency, you request will be serviced immediately. In addition, after hour maintenance is available for emergency requests.

Are pets allowed? If so, is there a fee?
We love pets! All pets must be approved through our on site management. There is a one time fee of $300.00 and a monthly pet rent of $10.00. Aggressive breeds are prohibited. Maximum weight is 45 lbs.

Are utilities included? If so, which ones?
All bills paid packages are available for our corporate/furnished apartment homes. This package will include cable, internet, electricity, water, and trash.

Is parking available?
Yes! We offer open parking for our residents and their guests!

What amenities does the property offer?
The Springs of Lake Jackson offers wide variety of amenities, from a sparkling swimming pool, 24 hour fitness center to clothes care facilities.

Do you have on-site maintenance?
Absolutely we do! We have a dynamic on-site maintenance team!

An item in my unit needs repair. How do I get help?
Simply stop by our office and speak with our on site management who will gladly help you submit a service request. We also offer online service requests, where you can submit service requests from anywhere and any time!

Do I have to be present for a service technician to perform work?
We understand busy schedules! Therefore, we do not require our residents to be home for their service requests. If you are not present during maintenance service, our professional maintenance staff will leave you documentation of what work was completed.

During which time periods are the pools and decks available for use?
Our seasonal pool is open Tuesday-Sunday from 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM.

What appliances are standard?
All of our apartment homes will include your fridge, stove, and dishwasher.

What are my options for paying rent?
We accept money orders, cashiers checks and personal checks in our office. For our residents convenience we also offer online debit and credit card payments.

Am I required to purchase renter’s insurance?
We highly encourage our residents to invest in renter’s insurance. However, we do not require our residents to purchase renter’s insurance unless you wish to use satelite television services.

Which provider can I use for internet and cable?
Our local providers include AT&T, Xfinity, Dish Network, and Direct TV.

Is there public transportation available?
Public transportation is available nearby through the Southern Brazoria County Transit System.

Which school district are you in?
We are located in the Brazosport Independent School District.
